NocPix Rovex Thermal Imaging Monocular

Experience wildlife observation in a completely different way with the NocPix ROVEX Thermal Imaging Monocular, a lightweight and user-friendly handheld thermal imager designed specifically for birdwatchers, wildlife enthusiasts and outdoor observers. Combining a high-resolution thermal sensor, large 1280 x 720 LCD display and intelligent imaging technology, the ROVEX makes it easier to detect and observe heat signatures in a variety of outdoor conditions.

At the heart of the ROVEX is a 384 x 288 thermal sensor with 12μm pixel size and a 25 NETD rating, delivering detailed thermal imagery with excellent sensitivity. The 15mm F0.8 objective lens provides a wide 17.5° x 13.1° field of view, making it particularly useful for scanning woodland, fields and other environments where a broad viewing area is beneficial.

The ROVEX features NocPix's Reality+ 2.0 AI and R+ Super Resolution technology, helping enhance thermal images and improve the visibility of subjects. AI target tracking makes it easier to follow moving wildlife, while dedicated imaging modes provide useful settings for different observation conditions.

A large 1280 x 720 LCD display provides a clear and comfortable viewing experience, while 1-4x magnification allows you to examine distant subjects in greater detail. Four colour palettes – Black Hot, White Hot, Red Hot and Pseudocolour – give you flexibility when viewing thermal imagery and identifying heat differences.

The ROVEX also includes three dedicated image modes: Standard, Rain and Fog, and Birding, allowing you to optimise the viewing experience for different environments and wildlife observation scenarios. Built-in Wi-Fi connectivity enables wireless app connection and control, while photo and video functionality allows you to record your observations for later viewing and sharing.

Powered by a replaceable 21700 lithium-ion battery, the ROVEX provides up to 4 hours of operating time. USB-C charging and external power support provide additional convenience when you're away from home, while the IP676-rated construction helps protect the device during outdoor use.
