📦 Standard & express delivery (UK mainland)

Important:

For next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 1:00pm (Monday–Friday).

Timed deliveries may be available on request. Additional charges may apply — please contact us before placing your order if this is required.

📐 Large or heavy items

• Very large or heavy parcels are normally charged at £15.00
  
  

• If you’re unsure about delivery costs for your item(s), please contact us before placing your order
  
  

• If additional charges apply (for example, Highlands & Islands), we will always contact you before dispatch

🌍 Delivery areas

• Prices listed apply to UK mainland

📮 How will my order be shipped?

Orders are sent using either:

• Royal Mail
  
  

• APC Overnight
  
  

The carrier used depends on:

• The shipping option selected
  
  

• Parcel size and weight
  
  

• Delivery location
  
  

All courier deliveries are fully insured as standard and require a signature on delivery.

We take great care to ensure:

• All items are securely packaged
  
  

• Parcels arrive safely and within the expected timeframe
  
  

• Recycled packaging materials are used wherever possible

🔐 “Over the threshold” delivery policy (courier orders)

For additional peace of mind, we operate an “over the threshold” policy on items sent via courier.

This means:

• Parcels requiring a signature will only be handed to the recipient inside the property
  
  

• Parcels will not be left:
  
  

• Outside the property
  
  

• In a garden
  
  

• On the street
  
  

• With someone waiting outside
  
  

This policy helps protect higher-value items and ensures safe delivery.

🏬 Reserve & Collect In-Store

Free in-store collection is available on all orders.

• Select “Reserve & Collect In-Store” at checkout
  
  

• Orders placed by 4:00pm (Monday–Friday) can normally be collected the same day
  
  

• Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to the shop
  
  

In-store collection is ideal if you’d like advice, help with setup, or prefer to avoid delivery delays.

📆 Dispatch days

• Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday
  
  

• We do not dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays
  
  

• Orders placed outside dispatch hours will be processed on the next working day
