Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At Cambrian Photography, we want you completely satisfied with your purchase. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 28-day goodwill return and exchange policy on eligible items.
You may return or exchange eligible products purchased within 28 days of the purchase date.
Conditions:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
If conditions are not met:

If the Items have been used or there is damage to the original packaging, and the goods are not in a “as new” resalable condition, refunds and exchanges may still be available with a restocking fee.

If a valid receipt or proof of purchase cannot be produced, we may be able to find the order with your customer details and date of purchase.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges
How to Return or Exchange:

Return the eligible products purchased back into the store and ask one of the team members for a refund or exchange

Our team will inspect the products purchased and see if our order is eligible for a refund or exchange

If eligible for an exchange, a credit will be added to your next purchase

If eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed while you are in-store (this can take 3-5 working days to process with the payment provider)

If you have purchased in-store but are unable to return, please email info@cambrianphoto.co.uk with your order number and request (refund or exchange)
Online Returns & Exchanges
If you purchased from cambrianphoto.co.uk, you are entitled to:

A 14-day statutory cancellation window under the Consumer Contracts Regulations

A 28-day goodwill return/exchange period
How to Return or Exchange:

Email info@cambrianphoto.co.uk with your order number and request (refund or exchange).

An email will be returned explaining the following steps:

Securely repackage the item, including all accessories and proof of purchase.

Affix the return postage label (provided within the email) to the original packing box.

Then, deliver your parcel to your local Collect+ or Royal Mail drop-off point. Upon return, our team will inspect the products purchased and see if your order is eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item or proof of postage.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. If you request an exchange, we will process and dispatch the replacement once your original item is received and inspected. (Exchanges are subject to stock availability)
eBay Returns & Exchanges
For purchases made via our official eBay store:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt

Initiate the return through your eBay account.

Items must be returned in their original condition with all accessories.
We are happy to offer exchanges where available. Please message us via eBay to arrange this.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item or proof of postage.

Shipping fees are not refunded unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
Dedication may apply if the returned item is not in resalable condition, in which case a restocking fee may apply
