The X-H2S can capture 15fps using a mechanical shutter and up to 40fps with its electronic shutter. The  X-H2S has been created with a high-capacity buffer, keeping up with the high frame rate and allowing for continuous recording and writing of JPEG and RAW files to a high-speed memory card when using the mechanical shutter. 

Fujifilm has improved the autofocus capabilities of the X-H2S, with their intelligent autofocus functionality being 3x faster than their preceding X-T4 model. The introduction of subject detection autofocus makes use of AI to generate the optimal focus. Subject Detection AF has been designed to offer a border range of identifiable subjects, assisting in focusing accuracy. This new system allows you to track a range of subjects such as cars, planes, trains, motorcyclists, birds, horses, dogs, cats and many more.
