A Good Product… but not for me!

This disc cleaner is no doubt a good product, coming as it does from the respected brand of Hama. However, it proved useless for by needs because, after I had opened the packaging (no mean feat in itself as it was one of those sealed blister packs), I read the instructions only to find that it was not for use with slot disc players. What is my CD player? You’ve guessed it; a slot type player.

I’ve only rated the product with three stars because, although I’m sure it does a good job with tray type players, it was unsuitable for my type. It would be helpful if the description carried this warning about suitability more clearly as, with the packaging having to be cut apart to gain access, I now am unable to return it for a refund. My loss I’m afraid.

That said, the product arrived promptly and was very well packed so no complaints with Cambrian.
