Cambrian Photo is the web based division of Cambrian Photography Ltd, company registration number 4863549. Our trading address is Cambrian Photography Ltd, 87-89 Abergele Road, Colwyn Bay, Conwy LL29 7SA. We only offer genuine UK stock and products which we can recommend with a 14 day money back guarantee and a 12 month manufacturers warranty.

Delivery Promises:

Shipping is charged at a standard rate of £3.99 for orders less than £100 and £7.95 for all other orders. Despatch is usually same day depending on stock availability.

Astronomical telescopes, lighting kits and other heavy items may be subject to a surcharge. This is dependent on size, weight and location. We will always contact you before despatching.

Delivery costs include VAT at 17.5% and are per order, regardless of the number of boxes.

We try for the next working day delivery on items in stock when the order is placed before 1.00pm. All orders to Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man and the Scottish Highlands are currently on two working days delivery.

If an item is out of stock we will get hold of it as quickly as possible, and will send it to you on next-day delivery when we receive it. We will keep you informed by email and you have the option to cancel at that time or you can check likely delivery date by email to sales@cambrianphoto.co.uk.

For security reasons we must take the cardholders/account holders address. We can only supply and deliver products to UK customers.

If you place an especially high-value order we reserve the right to contact you for further confirmation of your order details, prior to authorization and dispatch.

Payment:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch and American Express via Worldpay. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post. or over the Internet.

Tax Charges

The tax inclusive price you will pay for any product is clearly shown on the product description page. The prices and totals are shown again on the final, secure ordering page, where you are invited to complete the transaction after reviewing your purchases. Products are delivered with a VAT invoice/receipt.

Returns Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and if for any reason you are not happy please return it within 14 days and we will replace, exchange or refund it at your request subject to the following conditions:

   The goods must be returned with all accessories, packaging, instructions, etc and must be in as new,
   original condition.
   Digital products can only be accepted if the software is still sealed.
   A proof of purchase must be supplied.
   You must return any free gifts which came with the product.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. This offer does not apply to developing and printing. Postage and Packaging may not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.

Repairs

All our products carry a minimum 1 year guarantee. If after 28 days your product is faulty, we will repair it free of charge, under the terms of the manufacturers guarantee. For major items we will arrange to collect your product and will have it repaired as quickly as possible; however, it may take up to 4 weeks for repairs to be completed, depending on the complexity of the problem and the availability of spares.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please contact us at repairs@cambrianphoto.co.uk providing us with your purchase details and a description of the fault. We will contact you and make the necessary arrangements.


Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998

We collect information about you in order to process your order and provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will not pass your e-mail address to any other trader or third party, except where it may be helpful to you in resolving any complaint.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes your name, address, phone number, email address, credit/debit card details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site, but this does not allow us to identify any individual visitor. We do not use "cookies" which would be stored on your browser.

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our site is accurate and up to date. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention. If you find an error please contact us.

We can accept no responsibility for information or opinions from third-parties, contained within this site, or for the content of links from this site.

We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch, for whatever reason. Please note we do not debit your card until the order is dispatched, and it is at this point that our contract with you commences. You will be promptly informed if such a situation arises.
